  • If you cancel a booked service before work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the preparation already carried out.

Products

  • Physical products purchased from SwiftTech may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are defective or not as described.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • After inspecting the returned item, we will either issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Exclusions

  • Customized or special-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation are not eligible for return.
